Terms of Service

You may use Turnd Labs LLC only if you are at least 18, legally able to accept these terms, and not located in a blocked region. Do not upload images of minors or anyone who has not given you permission to use their likeness.

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You must have the rights and consent needed to submit the photo and create generated outputs from it. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, sexual content, violence, illegal content, or non-consensual likeness generation.

Credits are charged when a generation starts. If a generation fails terminally, the credit should be refunded automatically. Completed generations consume a credit even if you choose not to share or use the output.

Generated clips can vary in quality and may contain artifacts. You are responsible for how you publish or share outputs. We may remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or abuse risk.

New clips are private. Creating a share link makes a clip unlisted; publishing to the gallery requires a separate opt-in. You can return a clip to private or request account deletion from the product.
